Custom Branded Canned Water,
City by City.

We ship custom branded canned water to all 50 states. These are the eight cities where the US conference and trade show calendar actually lives — and where we ship most.

Every order is custom aluminum water cans made to your artwork — 12oz branded silver cans in a custom label full wrap or digital print, still or sparkling, with a QR code on the can if you want one. Custom logo design is included, so most brands send a logo and we handle the rest.

Custom Branded Canned Water in Miami

Miami runs on activations, and most of them happen outdoors. Art Basel, Miami Swim Week, the boat shows, eMerge Americas, and a year-round calendar at the Miami Beach Convention Center — plus a hotel and hospitality scene that treats amenity detail as part of the product.

Branded cans hold up in this climate in a way printed merch does not. Nobody photographs a tote bag in 90-degree heat. They do photograph what they are drinking, and in Miami that content travels further than almost anywhere else.

Delivered across Miami-Dade and Broward: Miami Beach, Brickell, Wynwood, Design District, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale.

Custom Branded Canned Water in NYC

New York is showrooms, launches, and offices where people notice details. The Javits Center anchors the trade show calendar — NY NOW, Shoppe Object, the auto and boat shows — while Fashion Week, showroom openings, and rooftop programming fill the rest of the year.

The bar for detail here is high enough that generic bottled water reads as an afterthought. A can carrying your brand does not, and it costs less per guest than most of what else is on the table.

Delivered across all five boroughs and the metro area, plus Hamptons summer programming and Hudson Valley venues.

Custom Branded Canned Water in Los Angeles

LA is a photographed market. Premieres, brand houses, influencer events, festival-adjacent activations, and the LA Convention Center circuit — what people are holding ends up in the content, which quietly makes the can part of the campaign rather than a line item under catering.

It is also a market where the same guest list turns up repeatedly, so the branded detail compounds. People start recognizing the can before they recognize the booth.

Delivered across LA County and Orange County: Downtown, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Culver City, Pasadena.

Custom Branded Canned Water in Orlando

The Orange County Convention Center is the second-largest in the country, and Orlando carries an outsized share of total US trade show and conference volume — IAAPA, medical and dental conferences, association meetings, and tech expos running close to year-round.

Orlando events also skew long and skew family-adjacent, which means hydration volume per attendee runs higher than a typical one-day conference. Worth factoring into quantity when you request a quote.

Delivered throughout Central Florida: International Drive, Downtown Orlando, Lake Nona, Winter Park, Kissimmee.

Custom Branded Canned Water in Las Vegas

The trade show capital. CES, the Las Vegas Convention Center, Sands Expo, and hospitality suites up and down the Strip. Exhibitors here are competing for attention in an extremely loud room, and most booth giveaways end up in a hotel bin before the flight home.

Branded water is one of the few things attendees actually consume on the floor — which means it gets used, photographed, and carried to the next booth rather than discarded.

Delivered to the Strip, Convention Center district, Summerlin, and Henderson.

Custom Branded Canned Water in Austin

SXSW, the Austin Convention Center, tech product launches, and F1 weekend at Circuit of the Americas. Austin activations skew outdoor and skew long — multi-day, walkable, and hot for most of the calendar.

Hydration is not an afterthought at an Austin activation. It is frequently the actual reason someone stops at your booth, which makes the can the first impression rather than the parting gift.

Delivered across Austin and Central Texas: Downtown, East Austin, The Domain, Round Rock.

Custom Branded Canned Water in Chicago

McCormick Place is the largest convention center in North America, and Chicago anchors the Midwest trade show circuit — the National Restaurant Association Show, manufacturing and medical expos, IMTS, and a deep bench of corporate headquarters running their own internal events.

Chicago's calendar is more evenly spread than the coastal markets, which makes it a good fit for brands that want branded inventory on hand across several events rather than a single spike.

Delivered across Chicagoland: The Loop, River North, Fulton Market, Evanston, Oak Brook.

Custom Branded Canned Water in San Francisco

Moscone Center runs one of the densest conference calendars in the country — Dreamforce, RSA, GDC, and the JPMorgan Healthcare Conference that takes over the city every January. Around it sits a corporate campus culture that programs its own events year-round.

Tech audiences are hard to impress with branded merch, but a cold can still gets picked up. It is the giveaway people actually use, rather than the one left on the table when the booth breaks down.

Delivered across the Bay Area: SoMa, Financial District, Mission Bay, Palo Alto, San Jose.

Freight is quoted from your delivery ZIP and included in your custom quote: no regional surcharge, no minimum beyond the standard 408 cans, and most of the country lands inside the same Standard production window.

How brands actually use them

The can does more work than a giveaway. These are the moments it earns its place.

Product launches. The can is in every photo, every story, every hand in the room. It’s the one launch asset that keeps working after everyone goes home.
Retail store openings. Hand one to everyone who walks in. It turns a visit into something people remember and post about.
High-traffic pop-ups. Long lines in the heat are a problem you can solve. People remember the brand that handed them something cold while they waited.
Brand trips and retreats. In the room on arrival, at the bar in the evening, in the car between stops. Your brand is present for the whole trip, not just the welcome dinner.
In-store service. A cold can while someone shops, waits for a fitting, or sits down with a stylist. Small gesture, disproportionate effect on how the visit feels.
Styling and display. Stacked, iced in a cooler, or lined up along a bar, the cans are decor as much as refreshment — and they photograph the way they were designed to.
PR and influencer mailers. A branded can in the box gets opened on camera. It is usually the one item in a seeding kit that actually gets used.
Sampling and street teams. Easier to hand over than a flyer, and nobody throws it away half a block later.
Content and photo shoots. A prop that is on brand in every frame, with no clearance issues and no competitor labels to hide.
Welcome bags and gifting suites. The item guests open first, and the only one that gets consumed before they leave the building.

For software and growth teams

Tech marketing is mostly screenshots. A cold can with a QR code on it is one of the few things you can put in someone’s hand and still measure.

Scan to sign up. A QR code on every can turns a handout into a signup, a demo booking, or an app download. Print a different code per event and you can see exactly which activation drove the traffic — a tote bag will never tell you that.
Cost per impression. A single can gets held, photographed, and carried past hundreds of people before it’s finished. Run the numbers per impression against your paid channels and it holds its own.
Conferences, inside and outside. Sponsor the hall, or work the sidewalk in front of it. Cold water in a badge queue reaches the same attendees without the exhibitor fee.
Launches and waitlists. New product, new market, new pricing tier. A can gives a launch something physical in a category where everything else lives on a screen.
Campus and community. Recruiting events, hackathons, developer meetups and campus activations — where the audience is young, thirsty, and exactly who you want signing up.
Office and HQ. Branded water in the fridge, the boardroom, and every visitor’s hand. Consistency for a company already spending real money on brand guidelines.
